Members are chosen through auditions/interviews with the Managing Artistic Director, and approved through a vote by the active membership. In order to see if Jaradoa is a good fit, potential members are encouraged to come alongside us in our outreach and productions.
Jaradoa Allies are people who come alongside Jaradoa to contribute significantly on productions, outreach or administrative work. Basically, they're our extended family! In return, our Allies get comps to our shows and fundraisers, invitations to Play Club, parties, and other functions, and our unbounded love!
